Certain typographical/administrative errors have been corrected in the Constitution under the Monitoring Officer’s delegated powers as set out in Article 15.02(c)(i) of the Constitution to correct administrative issues.

 

To ensure that the Constitution is accurate and up to date.

3.01 Citizens’ rights

 

 

Currently there are two sub-paragraphs (iv) in this section – the numbering will be corrected.

To correct a typographical error.

The Monitoring Officer will make these amendments under his delegated powers in Article 15.02(c) of the Constitution to correct administrative issues such as cross-references, title changes, typographical errors and formatting.
